How It Works

Each conference appointment is a 10-minute slot.
Pick a conference cycle, your child's year level, then an available date and time below.
Once a slot is booked, it is removed from availability for other parents.
You will receive an automatic email confirmation with your appointment details.
The meeting takes place via a WhatsApp call at your scheduled time — no other contact method is used.
Only one booking per student is allowed for each conference cycle.
