Key Features & Paid Tutoring Admission Criteria

  • Cognitive & Aptitude Focused Our entrance assessment evaluates fluid reasoning, pattern recognition, and logical problem-solving - similar to standardised IQ assessments - rather than school curriculum rote learning.
  • Zero Prior Subject Knowledge Required The assessment contains no school-level Reading Comprehension, Mathematics, or Science curriculum questions.
  • Paid Tutoring Qualification Thresholds Because our cohorts are deliberately capped to ensure Siba Sir can personally mentor every student, the entrance test functions as an elimination screening:

  • Mandatory Post-Test Discussion Qualification requires both meeting the score threshold and completing a brief post-assessment consultation with Siba Sir to confirm cohort fit and academic readiness.

Admission also depends on program suitability, available places and the discussion following the assessment.

As class sizes are limited, not every applicant who completes the test will receive an offer.

All tutoring sessions are conducted online. The Entrance Test is available either online or optionally face-to-face (F2F) at our North Sydney office - Suite 1804 (18th floor), 122 Arthur Street, North Sydney NSW 2060

Why Allocate Up to 3 Hours for a 20-Minute Test?

While the timed digital assessment itself takes strictly 20 minutes (30 questions), we ask families to keep a 3-hour window clear on test day. This accommodates identity/browser lockdown verification, staggered candidate check-ins, and individual post-test parent and student consultations following the assessment.

Has Your Child Already Taken the Test?

Students who have completed a Learnikx entrance test within the previous six months generally do not need to register again.
