Admission begins with an entrance test followed by a brief discussion with parents. The assessment is aptitude-based, focusing on problem-solving potential rather than prior subject knowledge in Reading or Maths. Because we keep our cohorts small and focused, the assessment helps us select students who will thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Yes, all classes are taught by Siba Sir, as he is our only tutor. We haven't hired additional teachers because parents specifically prefer that Siba Sir personally instructs their children.

For Years 5-10, we do not offer subject-only tutoring such as Maths-only or Writing-only. These programs are comprehensive and include English, Mathematics, Science, trial tests, homework, and study materials.

For HSC students, support is arranged by subject depending on the student's needs, availability of course, and suitability after discussion.

Year 5 Selective Prep includes 4 weekly trial tests and homework, our Junior and Middle High programs include five weekly assessments, and our intensive Year 6 16-Week revision program scales up to 8 weekly tests to ensure peak exam readiness.

We do not offer trial classes. Because places in Siba Sir's classes are limited and offered through our entrance assessment, all enrolled students begin directly with the full term program to maintain continuity for the group.

Invoices are typically generated in the second week of the current term and sent to the parent's registered email address.

We do not offer promotional discounts or bundle pricing. We view education as a long-term partnership rather than a retail service, and we prefer to keep our fee structure straightforward and consistent for everyone. Guided by traditional values of quality, integrity, and fairness, our fees are all-inclusive, transparent, and identical for every family from day one.

Learnikx Education has a 2-year gap policy for students who wish to return.

We understand that occasionally a family may feel our tutoring isn’t the right fit, and we fully respect that decision. As circumstances don’t usually change quickly, we encourage families to take their time with this choice. If a former student would like to re-enrol, we’re happy to welcome them back once 2 years have passed since their last class.

We display the highest weekly score on-screen for student reference but do not provide rankings. Given our small, selectively chosen cohort, internal rankings would not meaningfully reflect broader population standings. Instead, sharing top scores and the number of students achieving them offers clear targets, highlighting the similar achievement levels within our group.

We do not share video or audio recordings of our live classes, unless explicit batch-wide parental consent is granted for a specific cohort. Unlike lecture-style coaching centres that deliver one-way presentations, Learnikx classes are highly interactive - students speak, debate, and contribute for roughly half of every session. Recording minors' voices and names in an interactive environment requires strict legal consent from every family in the group.

However, students never fall behind if they miss a session:

• 10-Minute Post-Class Artifacts: Within 10 minutes of a session concluding, all annotated class whiteboards and AI-generated transcripts of the class discussion are published directly to the student's Rapidex LMS portal.
• Missed-Class Billing Credit: We do not bill for up to ONE missed class per term (policy in effect from 1st April 2025). If your child attends 9 out of 10 classes in a term, you are only invoiced for 9 classes, while still receiving all 10 sets of trial tests, adaptive homework, annotated whiteboards, and AI class transcripts.

We use a structured flipped-classroom workflow so live teaching time with Siba Sir is never wasted on passive test-taking or basic marking:

• Pre-Class Assessment & Self-Review: Students complete their assigned trial tests and short-answer quizzes on our online platforms (Preptive and Rapidex LMS) before class. Immediately upon submission, students unlock detailed worked solutions to review their errors independently.
• Live QID Deep Dives: During class, students submit specific Question IDs (QIDs) into the chat for questions they found challenging. Siba Sir breaks down these problems live from first principles, validating multiple mathematical and logical problem-solving methods rather than relying on rote shortcuts or answer-option guessing.
• Individual Writing Critique & Rewrites: Written submissions are reviewed directly for structural clarity, historical/thematic depth, and mature expression (eliminating formulaic transitions like "firstly" and "furthermore"), with targeted rewrite resets issued on Rapidex LMS where needed.
• Adaptive Labvision AI Homework: Alongside trial tests, students complete Labvision AI modules. Unlike static WEMT-style worksheets, Labvision dynamically adjusts question difficulty based on live performance - meaning achieving a 100% score is nearly impossible because the software continuously serves harder problems to stretch the student's ceiling.

Rapidex LMS trial tests in Term 1 and Term 2 for Years 7-10 include topics not yet covered in class. By the end of Term 2, classroom instruction catches up. Rapidex LMS Science tests are designed to enhance learning through two key methods:

1. Cumulative learning: Tests include content from previous grade levels to reinforce prior knowledge.
2. Advanced exposure: Tests are assigned slightly ahead of the classroom curriculum, encouraging students to think critically.

Absolutely not. Our entry test is just one of many assessments students encounter in their academic journey. A less-than-ideal result in one test does not indicate a lack of academic ability.

No. All Rapidex LMS trial tests and class materials are created exclusively for the personal use of currently enrolled students, and sharing or reselling them is not permitted.

To protect the intellectual property and resources developed for our students, we actively monitor online platforms and marketplaces for unauthorised distribution and take formal action when necessary.

We specialise in high school tutoring tailored towards the HSC, with a strong emphasis on Maths and Science. Our focus is on areas where we know our teaching makes the greatest long-term difference.

Rather than creating courses simply to meet market demand, we only offer programs that we believe genuinely benefit students. This is why our programs begin in Year 5, when students are developmentally ready to get the most out of structured tuition. For the same reason, we do not run HAST or EduTest school transfer courses. In our experience, high school students achieve stronger outcomes by settling into their current school community and focusing their energy on building a solid foundation for the HSC.
